To apply for media access to an event, please complete the form below. Please be sure you have read the COVID-19 Protocol below and are able to meet the requirements prior to submitting your request.

We will contact you with requirements and instructions. Thank you for your interest!

Note: Responses to requests during race week will be delayed. Be sure to submit your request at least two weeks prior to events.

COVID-19 Safety Requirements

Masks: All attendees must wear a mask at all times, except for in their vehicle. Please bring one or two with you that you will be comfortable wearing all day.
Spectators/Guests: No spectators or guests are allowed. If you choose to bring a spotter, they must be someone from your household.
Stay home if you are sick: If you are experiencing any of these symptoms leading up to or on race day, please stay home.
Vests: Media personnel are required to wear high-visibility yellow vests. We provide vests but if you feel more comfortable using your own vest, please feel free to bring one. Vests must be high-visibility yellow.
