Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Northwest Rally Association races.
Competitors unable to participate may cancel anytime through the date registration closes for the event. Fees are non-refundable and will not be applied to a future event. Registration is non-transferrable and may not be given to another competitor. Only the registered competitor with a matching government-issued drivers license may compete.
Follow these instructions to cancel. Cancellations submitted via email or social media messages will not be reviewed or processed.
Re-Entry
If a competitor’s circumstances change and they wish to participate in an event after cancelling, the following steps must be taken:
Re-entry requests must be submitted MORE THAN 24 HOURS before registration closes. Confirm that registration for the event is still open by viewing the event page. Re–entry requests sent within 24 hours of registration closing will not be reviewed or processed.

If there is an open spot for the event, you will be re-registered. If there are no open spots, you will not be able to re-register.
One Time Credit Policy
We know that life can happen so each competitor has the option for a one-time request to cancel with a full refund. To receive a full refund , the following steps must be taken:
Credit requests must be submitted MORE THAN ONE WEEK before registration closes. Confirm that the registration closing date is more than a week out before taking the next steps. Refund requests sent within one week of registration closing will not be reviewed or processed.

The registrar will respond within 2 business days. If approved, your credit will be applied to your MotorsportReg account for use on a future registration.
