More Info

Novice RallyCross School (Saturday, July 27th)

The Novice school is targeted toward those who have never competed in a RallyCross (or other motorsports event) or have limited competition experience. In this class, we’ll spend time in the classroom to cover:

  • RallyCross rules

  • RallyCross event structure

  • Preparing your car for RallyCross

  • Basic driving technique and tips

  • Branding and social media for motorsports (building blocks for acquiring sponsors)

The rest of the day will be spent in your car on course with instructors helping you through different types of elements, putting what you learned in class into practice. The day will culminate with a small practice course for you to tie the elements together and prepare for a full RallyCross course.

Lunch is provided.

*Registration is capped at 40 participants for the Novice school.

Advanced RallyCross School (Friday, July 26th)

The advanced school is targeted toward those who have RallyCross experience and are looking to take their skills to the next level. In this class, we’ll spend a small amount of time in the classroom to cover:

  • Advanced driving techniques

  • Motorsports branding and social media tips

  • Sponsorship strategy

The majority of the day will be spent in your car on the course working through compound and complex elements with instructors providing tips and coaching. The day will culminate with a RallyCross course to put what you learned throughout the day into practice.

Lunch is provided.

*Registration requirement: Must have competed in 5 RallyCross events.

**Registration is capped at 20 participants for the Advanced school.

Notes about lodging:

  • DirtFish Rally School is in Snoqualmie, WA, about 50 minutes east of Seattle. There are plenty of hotel/motel options in North Bend, Issaquah and Snoqualmie.

  • If you want to camp, we highly recommend the Tolt MacDonald campground. During the summer, the campground is usually fully occupied so be sure to reserve your spot early!

  • Airbnb: There are a handful of good options, ranging in different sizes in the area.
